Do you ever read you’re own forums on this website? I have asked to have all my work removed and for you to remove me as a member. I would appreciate a response to this inquiry.
Also you may want to make available to all member of this site a way to contact you directly if they have any questions or concerns. Unless you have something to hide or you are doing something that is unethical I see no reason why this is not available.

I have no idea why do you want him to delete your membership. You can just don't come here or never log in instead of 'giving trouble' to other people.
